Champions' Award

The Champion’s Award celebrates a team that embodies the FIRST LEGO League experience, by fully embracing our Core Values while achieving excellence and innovation in Robot Performance, Robot Design and the Innovation Project. The judges had the following to say about this stellar team: This team floats above the rest when it comes to their project. Their research was thorough, and they brought humor and joy to their presentation. They designed a solution to a current issue using their knowledge of the past. They showed innovation in their research as well as their robot design and programming and they were tied for 2nd place on the Robot Game. Way to go Prairie Dog Robotics!!
Robot Performance Award - 1st Place
46332 Cargo Crashers
The Robot Performance Award celebrates the team that scores the most points during the Robot Game. Teams have a chance to compete in at least three 2.5-minute matches and their highest score counts. Our highest score of the day with 215 points goes to Cargo Crashers. What an amazing performance, Cargo Crashers!!
Innovation Project Award
46322 Eleven Cargoteers
This team utilized diverse resources for their Project to help them gain a comprehensive understanding of the problem they identified, developed a creative, well-researched solution and effectively communicated their findings to judges and the community. This team's solution creatively considered the needs of our animal friends in improving the movement of cargo around the glove. They created an amazing model and explained their process for coming up with their solution very well. We were so impressed with their presentation. We give them an 11 out of ten for their work.
Core Values Award
44156 Awesome Cargo Puppies
This award celebrates a team that displays extraordinary enthusiasm and spirit. They know they can accomplish more together than they could as individuals, and show each other and other teams respect at all times. Their enthusiasm and energy was clear throughout all aspects of their presentation. We loved their skit and the costumes that fit their theme. They included everyone and showed pride in their work. They cheered not only for their team members but the other teams as well. They came together and became friends throughout the season. These canines were really amazing!!
